These questions are asked every day by aspiring and veteran voice actors alike. Most of the time these questions are posted on social media and the answers are, for the most part, horrible. Why? Because the commenters don’t know anything about the voice actor who posed the question so they can’t provide informed, thoughtful answers. They just dispense advice based on their assumptions and personal experiences.

If you went to the eye doctor and, before examining you, they declare, “My eyeglasses work great for me! You must wear them, too because they improved my vision so they MUST improve yours!”, would you take their advice? So why would you seek guidance from people who don't know anything about your business model, your logistics, your challenges?

In this workshop, “The Practical Voice Actor: How To Make Informed Decisions About Your Voiceover Business”, you will learn how to develop your decision-making skills so you can move your voiceover business in the direction you want it to go. You’ll also learn to determine what questions you need to ask yourself and how to find the right answers in order to be the voiceover artist and business you truly want to be.
